CRUZIN MAGAZINE #282
Love it or hate it, you must admire a guy who does it his way! That guy is Coby Gewertz, and while you’ve no doubt seen a picture of his highly publicised ‘Saint Christoper’ coupe, we invite you to get to know the guy a little better in this edition.
But it’s not all candy cane paint jobs and fuel injection – we’ve got some classic Aussie hot rods too: a sweet big-block deuce roadster, a unique ’36 Ford coupe from the far north, and a ’32 Ford pickup from WA. Boasting about the same amount of sheet metal as those combined, we also check out a ’64 Ford Galaxie 500, big on power and luxury.
We also take in the Mooneyes Hot Rod Custom Show from Yokohama and head off to the annual GreazeFest in Brissy for some kustom kulture goodness. Finally, it’s back to far north Queensland for a shop tour at Rodz North.
In our regulars spots, Alan Barton shows us how to customise your 1/64 diecast models. We also check out the Gonzlab ZA Fairlane salt racer in the build and look at some old-timey recordings on cassette tape.
Grab it at your local, or buy online at www.drivebuy.com.au and pay no postage within Australia.
