SHINE, SHAKES & COOL STREETERS
ChromeFest is set to fire up the NSW Central Coast once again, with the iconic retro festival locked in for October 23–25, 2026, at The Entrance.
Returning for its 18th running, the Central Coast Council-backed event will transform the seaside town into a three-day celebration of classic cars, rock ’n’ roll and vintage lifestyle. More than 450 pre-1979 vehicles are expected to line the streets and foreshore, supported by a packed program of live entertainment, markets and family-friendly attractions.
As always, the action will be spread across five outdoor stages, with live bands and DJs delivering a soundtrack of rockabilly, swing and classic hits throughout the weekend. Crowd favourites, including the Friday night Chrome After Dark concert and the popular Saturday Night Jive, are both set to return, alongside car cruises, dance demonstrations and the ever-colourful pin-up and fashion displays.
Car enthusiasts are encouraged to get involved, with registrations for show vehicles opening from June 1, 2026.
Free to attend and renowned for its relaxed, family-friendly vibe, ChromeFest continues to draw thousands of visitors each year, cementing its place as one of Australia’s premier nostalgia festivals.
