VALLEY HOT RODDERS’ CRUISE ON 2026

The Valley Hot Rodders Inc will host their annual ‘Cruise On’ event from the 16th to the 18th January 2026, in South Australia’s Barossa Valley. The weekender attracts visitors from all over Australia and is the largest non-wine industry event in the region, not to mention one of the most popular among SA’s hot rodders!

Things kick off on Friday, January 16, at 5pm, when the club rolls out the welcome mat at the Tanunda Oval Show Hall, with steak and sausages on the barbecue while you register, and a charity auction.

It’s back there again on Saturday morning for breakfast before heading off on the morning cruise, and finishing up at the Tanunda Club for a classic pub lunch. The afternoon is left free, but most park up early in town, for when the road is closed at 5pm. From then on, it’s wall-to-wall oldies until after dark for a family-friendly street show. Listen out for live sounds from The Lincolns, and Jake Blake & the Snakes!

Sunday breakfast will be followed by the second official cruise, The President’s Run, then it’s back to the Tanunda Show Hall for lunch and presentations. That’s a packed weekend in a picture-perfect location!

Enter by December 1 to be eligible for the early entrants prize draw; otherwise, you can sign up right up until kickoff (add $10 for Friday entry). Your entry fee includes feeds on Friday night, Saturday morning, lunch, and Sunday breakfast and lunch.
