New for 2024! The Stromberg Old School Coil Bracket is styled after a cool piece found at a vintage swap meet. Made from stainless steel, it mounts all popular canister coils, including the new 1.5 Ohm Stromberg 44 ignition coil. The Stromberg logo is subtle for an early hot rod style, but if you prefer a plain look, there’s a sticker so you can swap it out.

Pair it with a Stromberg 44 coil, the perfect ignition coil for e-FIRE electronic ignition (12v or 6v, negative or positive ground) and 6v points ignitions. The new 44 coil is oil-filled for better cooling and improved voltage insulation, ideal for street-driven vehicles. Always check that you have the correct coil for your application. Remove or bypass any external ballast resistor or resister wire on installation. The 44 coil is not suitable for capacitive discharge or distributor-less ignition systems.
