Sydney Dragway will be consumed by fire and smoke when the first Aeroflow Performance World Fuel Altered Challenge gets underway at Sydney Dragway on September 21, 2019. Four nitro-burning fuel altereds from the USA and two from New Zealand will go head to head with four from Australia, and each other, in this world class, first time mega drag race!

American Ron Hope is leading Team USA and is heading down under with the iconic Rat Trap. Also representing Team USA is the Fiat Topolino of Sue and Randy Bradford and the High Heaven bantam of Highie Callen. They’ll be trying to take the to take the world challenge back to America, but it won’t be easy!

Competing for New Zealand will be Dave Gauld in the Nightmare Fuel altered. Dave is known for his on the edge driving style and is the current NZ record holder for AA/FA!

Then of course we have our Aussie stars – the Aeroflow awesome foursome of Berzerk, Chucky’s Toy, Spooky and the legendary Psycho, who will clearly have the home town advantage!

The meeting will also feature a full range of support brackets, including Pro Extreme, Boosted Outlaws, Top Modified, Street Machine and our homegrown Vintage Gassers.
