The theme for the WA Hot Rod and Street Machine Spectacular this weekend is ‘The Power and the Passion’, and there’s no better place to find both than at a hot rod show!
This weekend’s hot rod and street machine show will boast a record number of entrants, with more than 220 cars, bikes and contraptions are under lights in three pavilions at the historic Claremont Showgrounds. Add to this more than 50 trade stalls, the show will be an awesome shopping and educational experience for kids and adults alike.
“To add to the excitement, we have introduced a range of new attractions certain to entertain and enchant our entrants and patrons alike, ranging from an art auction to a pedal car/trike custom building competition, and of course Koolsville. We have personalities from Perth, over east and overseas coming to share time with their fans and fraternity,” said Les Smith of WA Hot Rod Promotions.
The show continues outdoors with reserved parking for cool cars and bikes, always a big hit with fans.
For 2019, WA Hot Rod Promotions are supporting Orana House. Orana House Women’s Refuge operates within the city of Bayswater and provides safe, supported, short-term accommodation, advocacy and holistic support for women and children escaping domestic or family violence.
The 2019 WA Hot Rod and Street Machine Spectacular is open Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16, from 9am to 5pm on both days, at the Claremont Showground Exhibition Centre, Graylands Drive, Claremont.
