Sydney club Ratpac Inc have traversed the final hurdle for their Morringe Crush project, an ultra cool, very bright Morris Minor custom they’ve been building to debut and raffle off at the Hot Rod and Custom Auto Expo in Sydney on the last weekend of May.
The club have gathered a small army of helpers and supporters along the way, who’ve donated parts, dollars and countless man hours to see the mad Morrie come to fruition. With the majority of the major work completed by May 1, the Morrie was quickly despatched to X-Trim for a fresh, fun interior and should be returned just in time for the mad dash to the finish!
The best thing is that you could own it for a ten spot. Tickets will be on sale at the show and half of the proceeds will be donated to Ovarian Cancer Australia. That’s a feel good moment you can savour, with or without the wind in your hair.
For ticket purchases prior to the show, you can contact Ratpac Inc via facebook, or call 0409 790 211.
The Hot Rod and Custom Auto Expo will run from Saturday May 25, 9am-9pm, to Sunday May 26, 9am-5pm, at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse. Visit hotrodandcustom.com.au for details.
