Hope for Hope Fundraising Benefit
A fund raising benefit gig is being organised for a young girl in Melbourne – Hope Pearl Ellis Buxton. Hope has a condition called " golden har" and as she grows her needs grow as well. The family has had to purchase special seating and prams to support her spine among alot of other things that are just to help make Hope's day to day living easier. All money raised will go into Hope’s trust fund account.
The gig is on March 6, 2010 at the Hallam Recreation Reserve Hall, just a few hundred metres from the corner of Frawley and Belgrave/Hallam Rds. For just $20 (under 15s free) you’ll see three awesome bands – The Blackhill Ramblers, Atomic Hi-Tones and Flyin’ Saucers and there is reserved hot rod parking for a gold coin donation. No need to book, just rock up and it’s BYO everything. Doors open a 7.30pm and bring some extra bucks for the planned auctions and raffles.
