The ASRF Regional Nats in the picturesque Blue Lake region of South Australia in March 2018 is proving popular, not only with its pre-Easter time slot but also as a great excuse to explore this part of the country. The committee have been regularly posting ideas about what to see and do, including popular attractions like Cave Gardens.
Mount Gambier’s Cave Gardens are a great place to visit if you love nature and the outdoors. This beautiful garden offers a wide array of things to see, do and explore, such as a beautiful sinkhole, several lookouts and a suspended viewing platform at the top. It is believed that this sinkhole was the original water source for the early settlers in this area.
Visitors can enjoy a scenic walk to the lookouts and the viewing platform to enjoy a broader view of the garden. Enjoy the spectacular beauty of this manicured garden by looking down from the suspended viewing platform, as from, here you will get a broader view of the garden and the caves.
There’s still plenty of time to enter the Blue Lake Nats, but you’ll still need to commit to lock in your travel plans. The event will run from March 23-25, 2018 and entry can be completed online or with the entry form in your latest ASRF Street Rodder News magazine. Further info at bluelakenationals.com.au.
