5th ANNUAL DUNGOG RUN

On a beautiful day in the sleepy town of Dungog, on the Williams River in the Hunter Valley, the continuous rumble of hot rods, custom classics, restored vehicles, tractors and motorbikes resonated through the large crowd that had gathered at the Bank Hotel. Our benefactor, a sixteen year old high school student who suffered from a brain tumour, arrived in a convoy of hot rods from Rickshaws HRC.

The auction raised a lot of attention, auctioneer Paddy Dillon and offsider, Bobby ‘Brains’ Berry prised the dollars from all bidders. The major sponsor for the day was Steggles; Mark, Melinda, Joanne and staff cooking a lovely sausage and chicken BBQ for the masses. They were just one of many sponsors to which we are so thankful.

All up, we raised the sum of $7,000 for a very worthy cause.
